I’ve decided to post a set of interesting links over each weekend. These are basically stories, blog posts, or news items that struck me this week. Although it being Saturday, there is a slim chance I am writing this to myself!


SharePoint 15 will run on .NET 4.0 runtime

Bjørn Furuknap, one of the few bloggers who seems to be getting some information out on the next release of SharePoint, is convinced it will run on .NET 4.0. This has a few implications, not least that if true code written for SharePoint 15 won’t work with older versions i.e no backwards compatibility.

There are a few different Office365 plans now, all priced differently. The SharePoint Online you get in each of these is different. This TechNet blog post has the details, and a pretty diagram to print out.
