PartnerPulse is a brand new site for Microsoft partners (All partners, not just SharePoint). It aims to help foster the conversation between clients (including potential clients) and partners. Each partner on the site has a profile, which they can customise by upgrading to a paid for account. Each profile contains a Pulse, a bit like a Facebook activity wall, that can hosts conversations about and including the partner.

The Pulse is a conversation, right there on the page. Pulses can contain text, images, ratings, and even URL previews. They are threaded and ordered by date, and even feature a sprinkling of AJAX magic. The Pulse can be used for:
Official announcements
The Pulse could be used to push out partner news and announcements. Visitors could then comment and ask questions right there in the Pulse.
A question forum for visitors
It could be used for visitors to ask questions about the partner - like “Has anyone worked with them before?” or “Are they actually any good with SharePoint 2013?”. People that know the partner can chip in, as can the partner themselves. The web is full of reviews and discussions about Microsoft products, but what about the great people helping make these products work?
Partner to partner chat
Partners can post on each others Pulses, so can easily interact with each other.

Website visitors can post questions, and get replies from the partner and their clients. Partners can chat to each other. People can make observations, and comment on partner news and so on. The list is endless and we want to be surprised at how people use it!
Check the site out
The site is currently only in early beta. A number of selected Partners have been given full accounts, with which to test out the features and iron out bugs. However those curious can check it out and start contributing to Pulses!
